Use the current outstanding deliveries report from Yardi. Every row is a separate parcel, even if apartment and delivery time are identical. The report is processed on this device and is not uploaded to a server.
2. Verify parcels in storage
Check each physical parcel against the apartment and label date/time. Allow up to ±60 minutes for the label and Yardi timestamps. Do not assume a match when several parcels are similar. A missing or unchecked item is not proof a parcel is lost: reconcile deliveries and collections during the audit.
Use this filter to identify parcels not collected for several days. The age is taken directly from the Yardi report, not recalculated. Apartments remain in numerical order; DMR and CORP remain at the end.
3. Complete audit
The report includes each imported delivery, its verification status, notes and audit details. Save it to your company-approved SharePoint location.
